Creamy Mushroom Pasta Sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Few dashes pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 onion, diced
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
2-4 oz. cans sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 jar pasta sauce
*I used a pasta sauce with mushrooms as well.
Brown hamburger, chop, and drain. Season beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add diced onions and olive oil cook until clear. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 30 minutes or longer. Serve over cooked pasta.

We love mushrooms in our pasta sauce but I never thought to use cream of mushroom soup!
